The Ross Township Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) Meeting on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, will be held in-person and online at 7PM.

The Zoning Hearing Board is a quasi-judicial board comprised of 5 members appointed by the Board of Commissioners, serving a 5 year term. ZHB decisions can be appealed to the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.
In accordance with the provisions and authority established through the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (MPC) the Zoning Hearing Board hears appeals from the decisions of the Zoning Administrator, requests for variance/relief from zoning ordinances, special exceptions in accordance with the zoning ordinance, and the validity of any provision of the zoning or land use requirements. All applications must be turned in 28 days prior to meeting date.
