Ross Township has adopted the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code which presently adheres to the 2009 International Codes. The 2009 edition of the ICC Codes will remain in effect with the following amendment: Effective April 16, 2016, Chapter 11 and Appendix E of the 2015 International Building Code and the accessibility provisions of the 2015 International Existing Building Code are adopted as required by Act 1 of 2011, as well as the referenced standard ICC ANSI A117.1 2009 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities.
