500 Bid Group Info Meets on Mondays and Fridays in rooms A & B 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. No fee will be charged. However, minimal prize money ($0.50 per person) will be collected and disbursed to the top scores for the day. The group will continue to play under the same rules it has been using at its current location. The group is open to new players but not beginners. Players using foul language or exhibiting belligerent behavior will be expelled from the group. We will clean up afterwards. The group will provide templates of our score sheets and attendance sheets and Ross Twp will make copies for us as needed. The group will set up and tear down the card tables and chairs. There are 3 square tables plus 9 fold-out tables available for our use. The group will need to develop a call tree to spread the word when the center is closed due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
