Senior Exercise Classes

Someone Special and Me classes are a way to expose toddlers to yoga while spending quality time with someone special. Whether its a parent, grandparent, or nanny this is the perfect opportunity for the "someone special" to relieve stress and anxiety, stretch and tone the entire body, while enjoying time with your special toddler. Please bring a yoga mat.

Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the US. Pickleball is a great sport for all generations and can be played at all levels. Come play at your own pace! This is a Beginner Program only designed for exercise and fun! No Competition.

Great basic skills and exercise opportunity for Girls and Boys! Kids in this program will start by learning basic skills: handling, passing and shooting the ball.

Great basic skills and exercise opportunity for Girls and Bous. Kids in this program will start by learning basic skills such as handling, passing, and shooting the ball. A game will be played at the end of the session. The players will all receive a Ross Rec Basketball t-shirt!
