The use of lawnmowers, chainsaws and other mechanical or motorized tools commonly used on residential properties shall be used between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Normal land development and construction activities may occur between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Emergency work and snow removal are exceptions.
